Central Supply Coordinator

Burke Health & Rehabilitation Centerin Burke, Virginia is seeking a Central Supply Coordinator. A high-energy person is needed to coordinate needs and provide supplies and equipment within our healthcare center.

The Central Supply Coordinator assesses the need for and provides supplies and equipment in an efficient manner and in accordance with applicable state, federal and MFA guidelines. Maintains supply room areas with adequate inventory, follows proper purchasing procedures, and monitors MSDS with OSHA regulations. Communicates regularly with nursing staff to ensure adequate supplies are obtained and available according to patient needs. Ensures that supply and equipment charges are adequately communicated to Finance Department.

He or she communicates regularly with vendors and the center's interdisciplinary team.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience in clinical inventory is preferred.
